I officially confirm successful completion of all post-flight operations under FOTON-M ¹3 project. My colleagues told me that all components and parts of payloads being at TsSKB are now ready for transfer to ESTEC. Completion of this step will ensure absolute success of Foton-M ¹3 mission.
Thanks to this our scientists acquired a large number of research samples and data for further study and analysis. In no doubt it was possible to a large degree because of TsSKB specialists’ full dedication and excellent work, namely, engineers, technical assistants, operators and managers who contributed to this project.
It should be noted that despite high formidability of the mission and strict requirements of experiments, Foton-M ¹3 mission is considered to be the most successful one of its kind and the only one with best orbital conditions. Once again I would like to mention that this merit belongs to group of TsSKB specialists that worked in frames of the project.

By order of Federal Space Agency Board I cordially congratulate workers of your organization with momentous event – 50 years since the first in the world test launch of intercontinental ballistic rocket from launch pad ¹1 at Baikonur Cosmodrome.
This famous rocket R-7 was manufactured under supervision of S.P. Korolev.
In 1957 launch facility for IBR R-7 was built in the shortest possible time. Later the first artificial Earth satellite was successfully launched from this pad; the first manned flight into space was performed.
By now 1700 R-7 various modifications have been launched from Baikonur and Plesetsk Cosmodromes.
I congratulate you with this anniversary, wish you and your colleagues strong health, good luck and further progress for the benefit of Russian astronautics.

On 12, January 2007 100 years passed since birthday of Sergey Korolev – an outstanding scientist and designer, creator of launch vehicle “Soyuz” which is famous the world over as legendary “seven”. By now it has been the most efficient, reliable and safe launch vehicle for international, federal and commercial projects including manned missions.
Your staff made great efforts in order to build a new version of LV, which appeared to be the second wind for “king-size seven”. Successful flight tests of LV “Soyuz-2” were performed on the edge of 100th anniversary of the great designer. Inspired and selfless labor of your specialists proved high applicability of Korolev’s concepts and technical solutions when building a launch-vehicle.
On the edge of Korolev’s anniversary I want to thank your staff for high professionalism when building LV “Soyuz-2” and wish further success in developing prospective space- rocket technologies.

“TsSKB-Progress” won the 5th Anniversary Contest “Company of the year – best people and enterprises of Samara Region” in nomination “For implementation of innovative technologies and solutions”.
Our enterprise won the 5th Anniversary Contest “Company of the year – best people and enterprises of Samara Region” in nomination “For implementation of innovative technologies and solutions”. This Contest was organized by Government of Samara Region, Regional Chamber of Commerce and Rating Agency of Samara Region. Break-even analysis of companies-participants was based on accounting data provided by Regional Committee of State Statistics. There were evaluated production and financial activities of more than 2 000 enterprises in leading sectors of economy.
On 1, December, 2006 in Recreation Centre “Zvezda” there was held a grand award ceremony of 42 winners in 14 nominations. General Director A.N. Kirilin on behalf of Space Rocket Centre “TsSKB-Progress” was awarded to a statuette “Pravsha” representing national craftsman, and a prize signed by Governor of Samara Region K.A. Titov and contest organizing committee chairman S.A. Sichov.
