Principal events in the history of Space Rocket Centre TsSKB-Progress

23.12.2011

In December 23, 2011 at 04.08 p.m. (Moscow time) Soyuz-2-1b was launched from Plesetsk cosmodrome. At the 421st second of the flight an emergency engine cutoff of the launcher IIId stage was occurred. Specially made committee is to detect the cause of the accident.

In December 21, 2011at 05.16.15 p.m. (Moscow time) manned Soyuz-TMA-03M spaceship was successfully launched by Soyuz-FG carrier from Gagarin launching site, in Baikonur cosmodrome.

The spaceship is meant for long-duration crew No 30/31 delivery to ISS.  The crew consists of Oleg Kononenko, Russian cosmonaut (spaceship commander), Andre Kaupers, ESA astronaut (flight engineer), and Donald Pettit, NASA’s astronaut (flight engineer-2).

17.12.2011 In December 17, 2011at 06.03 a.m. (Moscow time) Soyuz-ST-A carrier with Fregat Upper Stage was successfully launched from Guiana Space Center. Pleiades/Elisa/SSoT satellites were injected into the orbit by the carrier.
28.11.2011 28 November, 2011 at 12 h 25min 58 sec (Moscow time) the Glonass-M spacecraft was successfully launched by a Soyuz-2-1b Launch Vehicle from the Plesetsk spaceport.
14.11.2011 At 8h 14min (Moscow time) the Soyuz TMA-22 manned spaceship was successfully launched by the Soyuz-FG Launch Vehicle from the Baikonur spaceport.
30.10.2011 14h 11min (msc time) the Progress M-13M cargo spaceship was placed into orbit by Soyuz-U launch vehicle from Launch Pad No1 Baikonur cosmodrome (Kazakhstan).

From Baikonur launch site Soyuz -FG launch vehicle with manned Soyuz -TMA-21 spacecraft was launched to ISS to deliver the team, consisting of aircraft commander Alexander Samokutyaev (RF Air Forces lieutenant-colonel), Roscosmos spaceman Andrey Borisenko and NASA astronaut Ronald Garan. The spacecraft was named  “Yury Gagarin” in honor of the first Earth spaceman

There was formed Department ¹25 of OKB-1 on the premises of State Aviation Plant ¹1 in Kuybyshev. Its purpose was to design IBR R-7 for further serial production.

The Plant manufactured 545 TU-16 airplanes.

The Plant built 50 IL-28 bombers.

1952-1953

The Plant released 392 MiG-17 fighters.

1949-1953

Aviation Plant ¹1 produced 713 UTI-MiG-15 airplanes.

1946

In 40 days the Plant had set a record of manufacturing 10 jet-fighters MiG-9.

02.07.1945

State Aviation Plant ¹1 was awarded an Order of Red Flag for perfect execution of governmental orders concerning battle airplane production.  

1941-1945

For the 4 years of war the Plant had built 11863 IL-2, 1225 IL-10, 3122 MiG-3. Approximately, 15 planes per day.

 The Plant was evacuated to Kuybyshev (now Samara).

31.12.1940
